ABOUT US
HISTORY
Our agency opened it's doors to provide psychiatric residential treatment to consumers in the Fall of 2014. Premier Service first opened in Stanly County, in the rural City of Albemarle, North Carolina, home of the beautiful Lake Tillery and Badin Lake.
Since opening, Premier has maintained CARF accreditation and has grown to provide additional services outside of the psychiatric residential treatment facility.
Premier became incorporated in 2016 and changed the name to Premier Service of the Carolina, Inc to accommodate their expanding service throughout North Carolina.

Premier has two facilities and a corporate office in order to operate efficiently.

KINGS MOUNTAIN
Premier's corporate office is located in Concord, NC to assist with all of our records, billing, and, training.
In addition, Premier has a Kings Mountain office to assist with the numerous outpatient services.
Our PRTF provides a structured environment for children and adolescents who do not meet the entrance criteria for acute inpatient settings but do require supervision and specialized intervention on a twenty-four-hour basis.
