OUR STAFF

RESIDENTIAL COUNSELOR

Residential Counselors work in the PRTF and are responsible for the direct care and supervision of clients 24 hours a day.  They are responsible for therapeutic activities, teaching daily living skills, implementing programs, and coordinating any special events. 

REGISTERED NURSE

The nursing staff work in the PRTF and provide direct health care planning to clients, provide care and direction to the residential counselors, distribute medication, and perform other nursing related functions.

LICENSED THERAPIST 

Therapists provide individual, family, and group therapy, as well as, overall services for consumers based on therapeutic interventions. Therapists are responsible for the clinical management, planning, and coordination of all aspects of the consumer's program.

 

PEER SUPPORT SPEACIALIST 

Peer support staff are trained agency members who are in recovery and provide inspiration and direction to those in need. Interventions of peer support staff serve to enhance the development of natural supports and stability in communities. 

 

DIRECT CARE STAFF

These staff members provide Innovations Waiver services. Innovations services the intellectual and developmental disability population. Staff run goals in the home or community of the individual being serviced.
